Along with many other stars, Lindsay also spent her 4th of July wearing a bikini in Malibu. It's sort of a tradition. Hot sluts have to wear less clothes on holidays. And apparently they don't even have to go to rehab anymore. But if you're popping out of your bikini like this, why should you? If I ran into Lindsay looking like this I'd probably buy lots of flowers. And by "flowers" I mean "duct tape and Jelly." Now that's a party!
