It appears Avril Lavigne is being sued by the Rubinoos (who?) for stealing their song, I wanna be your boyfriend. Wait, so Avril can't write her own songs? Oh I know, I am just as shocked as you are. If you're going to steal something, at least steal something good. Stealing your lyrics from a 70's folk band is like stealing your Calculus answers from a kid with Down Syndrome.
