As usual, I'm not going to speculate as to why Lindsay wore this outfit, because the answer is obvious. There's only two people that wear this outfit. One, is a sexy girl with a nice rack. Two, is a Russian spy who needs to seduce a powerful businessman in order to get evidence that proves he is destroying the city. He's stealing the water supply, man. Can't you see? And he hates puppies.
