Kate Beckinsale Is Working Out

I find it amazing that Kate Beckinsale works out as much as she does, but then I look at my life, and I understand. It's not easy keeping up my rock hard, sex machine body, but I work out like Kate.

Even when I'm not at the Gym, I'm always hanging out in freezers punching meat, or at least jogging up mountains with a back pack of bricks.
