IMDB is reporting that Paris Hilton has struck back at Mischa Barton, after Mischa dissed her earlier this week. Mischa called her a "silly bitch" and claimed that Paris is always "hating everyone around her age who is more successful."

In response, Hilton tells the New York Daily News, "I don't even know the girl. I could care less. It seems like she's the one trying to stir up a rivalry. I've never said a word about her in my life. But she seems to be spending a lot of time thinking about me." However, Barton's publicist insists the actress was "joking" when discussing Hilton.

These two need to give it a break already. I don't know how many socialites are going to get gunned down because of their mouth. In Hollywood you have to show respect, especially if you're Paris Hliton. It's not enough to scare people with your insect looks, you need to go extreme and do a drive by on Hollywood Blvd.
