Soprano's Star Arrested For Murder

Tuesday, December 13, 2005

Many sources are reporting that Lilo Brancato Jr, the actor who portrayed Matt Bevilacqua in the second series of The Sopranos, has been arrested under the suspicion of murder after a policeman was found shot dead. Steven Armnento was also captured by the Police, the two to face burglary and weapons charges as well. Brancanato is an actor from Columbia who starred alongside Robert De Niro in “A Bronx Tale” in 1993.

It really amazes me every time one of these low rent, washed up actors turns into a gangster. There really is no reason for it. Well, there probably is a reason, but I don't care. The reality is, this guy has it better off than most people. Killing cops is not going to make your life any better, trust me, I know. I use to go around gang banging all the time, untill I was shot multiple times. Now I just turned my gang lifestyle into a money making rap opportunity.

Personally, I think that Brancato Jr. was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Yeah I think that he MIGHT have done the robbery, but I don't think that he killed the cop. Yes he is a washed up actor but that shouldn't give him any reason to want to kill a cop. I think that Steven Armnento did the killing and Brancato Jr. had no knowlege of the killing until the other cop's got there and realized what had happend. I think that people should look at the evidence before we charge him with 2nd degree murder. I don't think that he is guilty of the murder what so ever.

I think it is a tragedy that you would waste your talent and good name doing such an act. I at one point thought he was such a wonderfull actor and now think he simply threw is talent and good fortune out the window. I hope drugs were not the reason for the robbery.
