WHO WORE IT BEST? Natassia ‘Scarlet’ Malthe VS Madonna, Lindsay Lohan, Lisa Snowden and Alex Cheung.
Hot new Hollywood beauty Natassia Malthe has created quite a stir in fashion cities across the world and has been labeled as the ‘Hot New Frock Star!’ The Norwegian/Malaysian former model has been turning heads in fashion capitals across the globe in cities such as London, New York and Los Angeles and has donned some of the most amazing clothes provided by coveted designers including Dolce & Gabbana, Escada, Elie Saab, Julien McDonald and Roberto Cavalli.
Fashion designers and fashion writers have flocked to follow Natassia ‘Scarlet’ Malthe’s meteoric rise to become the latest style icon. She compared to Madonna, Lindsay Lohan, Lisa Snowdon Alexa Cheung and many other queens of the red carpet, stepping out at the highest profile events and upstaging the others to jaw-dropping effect.
Scarlet wowed the world in a floor length scarlet Dolce & Gabbana gown on the BAFTA red carpet in February, and stunned the press in a backless peach sequined ASHISH mini dress at London’s Elle Style Awards. She upstaged Lindsay Lohan in CATHERINE MALANDRINO, and even ultra-cool television presenter Alexa Chung in a LOUISE GOLDEN dress for TOPSHOP.
Scarlet first hit the screens in cult classics ‘’Skinwalkers’ and the movie adaptation of video game ‘DOA: Dead or Alive’ but was better know for her small role in the blockbuster movie ‘Elecktra’ from which she quickly went on to be known as the movie ‘scream queen’.
2008 is set to be an incredible year for Scarlet. It has just been announced that Malthe 30, has been cast as the lead actress in the brand new David Nutter project ‘Scarlet’, the new television series, which is set to infiltrate homes all over the world from April 28th 2008.
Nutter, who is best known for directing episodes of the TV smash hits such as the Sporanos, ER and Entourage and also creating pilots for Smallville, Dark Angel, and the Sarah Connor Chronicles. Nutter is also credited for ‘discovering’ Hollywood starlets Jessica Alba and Jennifer Garner by casting both in some of their earliest TV roles so Nutter fans are eagerly awaiting updates on the top secret ‘Scarlet’ TV Series and are particularly interested in following the growing success of Malthe.
