Beyonce loses her top

I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on analyzing grainy video footage, but everybody claims Beyonce's top fell off while performing in Toronto. All I see is her jumping around like she's having a seizure, or osteoporosis. That's what my grandma had.
Update: OK now I see it. Go me! Boobies!
