Lindsay Lohan Is Dedicated

It seems like rehab did nothing for Lindsay, because she's back to her normal partying lifestyle.
While she is filming "I Know Who Killed Me," a source told In Touch Weekly: "“When she finally arrived, she said that she needed to take a nap,"But Lohan didn’t emerge from her trailer for five hours, and then threw up and immediately went home, says the insider, leaving those left behind to speculate as to what ailed her.
Most people think big stars like me and Lindsay just take advantage of the system, but the truth is it's a hard lifestyle. Working all day on set, then shaking hands with big shot community leaders. Only to end the day giving a book reading at the local orphanage. God, life is tuff. But I do it for the kids.
