You Can Sing With Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake is currently looking for a partner to sing with at the Grammys. He is holding a contest to find an unsigned artist to perform at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards.
Showbizz reports: "Contestants are being asked to submit a 60-second video clip singing one of nine songs selected by Timberlake, all of which have won Grammy's. A panel will whittle the contestants to 12, and then much like American Idol, regular people will be able to vote online to narrow the field to five, then three."
As you see in the quote, we are lucky that us "regular people" will have the opportunity to participate, because Justin isn't a regular person. That's why he came up with such a cutting edge idea. I've never seen such a contest held. I wonder if he's ever heard of American Idol?
