Kramer Apologizes To Black People

Michael Richards went on Letterman last night to apologize for the racial slurs he made on stage. You actually hear people laughing in the background. I watched it twice to figure out how he relates calling people "niggers" to Katrina. I don't know, but I also really don't care. He's funny on Seinfeld, so that's all I care about.
