I think it's safe to say that Jessica Biel is smuggling Mexicans over the boarder by hiding them in her ass. A sexy plastic surgeon, like myself, can usually spot butt inserts from miles away, and that's definitely not what's going on here.

Wait, there might be a genius at work, because I think she's just bending forward. Anybody has an ass when you stick it out.
