South Park Dissing Family Guy: The Conclusion

This is a video from last night's highly anticipated conclusion to the South Park VS Family Guy episodes, for now at least. If you didn't see the episode I won't spoil anything for you. I will be updating this post when a download for the entire episode shows up, for now here is one of the funnier clips from last nights episode.

Both shows are good, that's why i have trouble understand why everyone is so into these "cartoon wars." It's all for publicity, and getting peopel to pay more attention, while providing them with more money.
I don't think the episodes are really about Family Guy. I think in this case Family Guy is a secondary part of these episodes. They are obviously still reeling from Isaac Hayes quitting and Tom Cruise threatening to sue if Comedy Central ever plays the episode where he is locked in the closet again. All of the actons/jokes in those episodes point to these issues. Why do you think they asked if Comedy Central was going to air the episode or if they would "puss out"? And then they said that Comedy Central was the one who censored Mohammed when the cartoon network execs allowed it to go uncensored. To me, there are much deeper issues/meanings there than just if Family Guy sucks or not. I thought both episodes were brilliant!
The show was awesome.. but I think they are pushing away their target audience.... stoners. I am a stoner and I love both of these shows. Yes they are both brilliant shows, but they offer different things. Family guy is hilarious cuz you kind of never know what you are going to get, and the random flashbacks to crazy things is the funniest part... having kool aid bust through the wall and say oh yeah is awesome.. not sure if south park can get away with that sort of stuff. but south park is awesome in their own right, but turning on family guy to serves no point.. excellent episode though.
Southpark is Genius!!! Using a cartoon to voice political views. It HAS to be a cartoon, any "real" person would be condemned voicing their opinions anymore. This country has become so politicaly correct that in order to NOT OFFEND you can't even speak your views if they aren't "Pro-Minority".Is anyone else getting angry about this? No more "Christmas" break, no more "Easter" break, no "Thanksgiving" break in schools anymore. America was founded by immigrants....immigrants who became AMERICANS and embraced their new AMERICAN customs. Believe what you want, you have every right as an American, but I'm American too, why can't I???
Now my tv shows are censored because terrorists are offended??? I'm moving to Amsterdam!!!!
