E online is reporting that Jessica Simpson has finally filed her divorce papers. Earlier reports were saying that the two may be getting back together, but you can finally squash those rumors. Jessica claimed the reason for the split was "irreconcilable differences".





Jessica has requested that the judge not award spousal support to Lachey. She is also reverting back to her maiden name, having legally changed her name to Jessica Lachey after their marriage.

I think we can finally move on with our lives. I know me and Jessica have been waiting for this mess to blow over for some time. Between our walks on the beach and rubbing oil all over each other every night, this is going to be a relief. We can finally stop looking over our shoulders every time we are having anal sex.
